On this particular visit the hotel was very quiet being Jan.2 nicely located, lots of parking. We had pre registered so check in was a snap, lobby done up nicely with holiday touches. The room was a kitchenette with 2 queen beds and pull …

We absolutely love this hotel. It is really like a home away from when we travel to Welland with our family of 4. Our young kids love the breakfast buffet and the staff always make us feel welcomed. The separate bedrooms also means we get a bit of down time when the kids are sleeping, and we love being able to cook a meal or two because eating out gets tiring after a while. A really great spot!

the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. I've never seen a team so helpful in resolving any conflict with a smile on their faces. The facilities meet expectations given the price of the stay and the location is adequate. I would go back there without a doubt

We stayed here to celebrate a late family Christmas. We choose this hotel as it gave us a little more space than a regular hotel room. We also choose it for its location to Niagara Falls, St. Catherine’s and Niagara on the Lake.

The staff were very accomodation, organized and polite. The hotel was very clean, upgraded, and quiet. The value was very good, and rooms were large. We upgraded to a King Suite for $10. The location is 25 minutes from Niagara falls

Great staff...very friendly! Really nice suites...everything you could possibly need in the rooms. Beware paper thin flooring and walls, you WILL hear your neighbours if you they are occupied! Bring a Firestick or plug-in device...only basic cable offered with NO sports networks, if you're looking to catch a game before bed!

Great hotel for visiting Niagara region. Close enough to all attractions for a much more reasonable price. Very good breakfast included. Rooms are spacious and very clean. All and all a wonderful experience.
